Bloom into Spring
Spring’s awakening offers us an abundant source of vitality. The day’s ease and natural lightness pervades our general esprit des corps with greater ‘high test’ fuel for daily living. The exercise we chose for this month’s Mindful Movement video exemplifies the basic elements of nature’s seasonal shifts and harmonious changes both metaphorically and physically. Practicing this exercise once a day inherently provides us fortitude and quiet self-assurance for mindful thoughts, words, actions and movements. Our interconnection with nature and our own grounding through this exercise innately increases our body and mind’s balance, power, endurance, strength, centeredness, poise, exploration, progress, and growth.
